Elizabeth “Liz” Cantlebary, a 2017 Park City High School graduate, was awarded a $5,000scholarship from The School Superintendents
Association, for a video she produced on how she became college, career and life ready beyond a single test score.
Cantlebary was selected based on a 30-second video and an essay. The Twitter-based competition was created to provide students with opportunities to share how high school shaped their post-secondary plans and, more accurately, determine college and career readiness.
Cantlebary, who was also a Sterling Scholar winner in Speech/Theater Arts/Forensics, is attending Cornell University.
